We start each 1hr session by listening to your mind.
Most of us have different “parts” inside the part that pushes hard, the part that worries, the part that avoids, the part that wants everything to be okay.
There’s nothing wrong with this. It’s human.
then we listen to your bodies voice beneath the minds stories
Once we understand and get to know the parts of your mind more deeply, we explore what’s happening underneath them.
Where does the critic live in your body? What happens in your chest when the people-pleaser takes over? What does anxiety actually feel like physically?
The body often holds what the mind has learned to manage.
By gently working with sensation, breath and nervous system responses, we allow stuck patterns to soften.
Integrate & respond differently
Change doesn’t come from forcing yourself to
“be better” it comes from giving your self space to listen to your mind and body.
When parts of your mind feel heard and your body trusts you, something shifts.
You can set boundaries without panic.
Speak honestly without collapse.
Make decisions without spiralling.
You don’t lose parts of yourself.
You relate to them differently.
This is where real freedom begins.
