Recognise nervous-system states (activation, collapse, regulation)
Understand bodily responses as intelligent signals, not problems
This work is slow, consent-based and non-forcing.
Rather than overriding the body, people learn how to stay with sensation safely allowing information to emerge without overwhelm..
